Mr. Ramos has nearly a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry. In this role, he oversees the company's carrier sales organization which provides data, voice and Internet services to emerging and established telecommunications companies and service providers.
Previously VP of sales for one of the largest VoIP companies in New York, Mr. Ramos was responsible for developing and overseeing business strategy for enterprise and wholesale accounts, as well as directing all sales force activities.
Mr. Cooper leads the company's mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate strategy and business development activities, including joint ventures and partnerships. Mr. Cooper played a critical role in the development of QT Talk.
Mr. Cooper has 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has performed a variety of executive finance and business development functions, including Vice President of corporate planning for a global carrier called FCNY Communications.
As Vice President of Retail, Mr. Lane overseas sales, marketing, and business development at QT Talk. As a member of the executive team, he also guides the overall strategic direction of the company.
Prior to joining QT Talk, Mr. Lane served as Senior Vice President of Pinnacle Financial Services, a successful financial services operation for 8 years. Mr. Lane’s knowledge of the prepaid industry complements his position at QT Talk. Since rolling out the emerging prepaid long distance service, PURE Minutes, Gary has been driving revenues in the retail division. QT Talk has since been making ground in the industry within the Hispanic and Asian markets under Lane’s leadership.
Gary has extensive business leadership and management experience, including, management consulting for several mortgage banks in the United States and Canada, Director of Sales and Marketing for an Internet startup in New York, and also as a sales and marketing manager with a large North American beverage company.
Chris Sander has been with QT Talk since it’s founding. His primary responsibilities include business development and maximizing system efficiencies. Chris has played an integral part in growing both the wholesale and retail customer base for QT Talk by leveraging his business and technical acumen.
Prior to joining QT Talk, Chris worked on the International Trading Desk at Bear Stearns. While at Bear Stearns, he was responsible for engaging in international trade with some of the biggest financial firms in the world. His previous position also gave him the opportunity to explore various international markets and gain understanding of the currency and regulatory components that each possessed.
Chris previously worked at Morgan Stanley as a Portfolio Accountant for a select group of multi-billion dollar hedge funds. At Morgan Stanley, Chris had the opportunity to work directly with some of the top Portfolio Managers in the world. He successfully obtained various industry licenses and certifications relating to fixed income and equity securities.
As Director of Sales Anthony Garzone Is responsible for being a mediatory between clients and vendors who are interested in buying and selling routes through QT Talk’s wholesale division.
Prior to joining QT Talk in 2008, Anthony worked in the Network Operations Support Center at AT&T. He managed the support and deployment of the local carrier side. Anthony also held positions at Teleconcepts, a telecommunications consulting firm and Spectrotel, a competitive local exchange carrier located in New Jersey.
In addition to his telecom experience, Anthony has also owned an Italian specialty store with his family and worked in the sales department at Ray Catena Lexus.
Anthony holds an Associates degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University. His hobbies include playing golf and volleyball, and going to the gym.
As a QT Talk National Sales Representative, Rhandy Taveras works to increase market share and expand its customer base by educating the marketplace on QT Talks' Pure Minutes plan. Through his extensive knowledge of the target market, Rhandy has helped produce a sharp increase in revenue for the Pure Minutes service, while also utilizing his relationships in the marketing field to create brand awareness. He has achieved all of this while keeping QT Talk’s marketing expenses to a minimum. Rhandy continues to be an integral part of the expansion of QT Talk’s Pure Minutes service and to utilize his qualities for the benefit the company.
Rhandy began his career in the telecommunications Industry by providing marketing and promotional services for his clients. Services included retail marketing, promotional sales and business development. Rhandy brought his expertise of the Hispanic market, as well as his street savvy know-how to QT Talk to assist with the launch of the Pure Minutes service.
Michael Lanza is a Wholesale Account Executive with QT Wholesale. A seasoned sales veteran, Mike is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with QT Wholesale’s partner carriers. Joining the team in early 2010, his professionalism and work ethic have managed to increase both company revenue and profitability, while also expanding the wholesale network into new markets such as Africa and Oceania.
Using his prior experiences working on Wall Street and in e-commerce, Mike has brought his specialized negotiation experience and background to telecom and continues to turn each carrier account into a happy partnership for both sides. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Marist College School of Management in Upstate New York, where he also minored in Legal Studies.
